Your story matters. Here’s mine.
Before I ever stepped into a therapy room, I had already lived a dozen different lives.
I began as a ballet dancer and teen model, shaped by impossible beauty standards that filtered through every mirror, lens, and catalogue. By 19, I was running my own business in a male-dominated industry built around alcohol, cigarettes, and sports—where vulnerability was weakness and hustle was survival.
By 25, I’d sold one business, left another, and landed in global advertising. On the outside, I was thriving. Behind the scenes, I was burnt out, disconnected, and building a life with no space for me in it.
It wasn’t until everything unraveled—through heartbreak, emotional trauma, and loss—that I walked into therapy for the first time.
That was the beginning of everything.
I came face-to-face with the parts of me I’d outrun for years: grief, identity, trauma, and truth. Around that time, I made the life-altering decision to donate my eggs to help close friends create a family—an act of deep giving that also opened up questions around boundaries, body, and identity I hadn’t yet asked myself.
Then I moved to Los Angeles. I fell in love. I got married. And I began the slow, layered work of healing patterns that had shaped my relationships for decades—especially those rooted in codependency, addiction, and betrayal.
At 30, my world shattered again. My father died suddenly, and I was the one who found him—mid-move, mid-chapter, mid-transformation.
I’ve walked the long road of addiction. First through my own struggles. Later, through the relational dynamics of love, grief, and family. I lost myself in other people’s pain for years. I called it caregiving — it was codependency.
Healing didn’t come in a single breakthrough. It came in layers—through group therapy, EMDR, Psychodrama, Gestalt, Imago, 12-step recovery, family intensives, couples work. I didn’t just study these tools—I lived inside them.
Eventually, I stopped running. I found a therapist who helped me come home to myself—she’s now my mentor today. That’s when the rebuilding began—not to “fix” myself, but to finally know myself.
Since then, I’ve built a life I never imagined was possible. I became a mother. I found a true community in Brooklyn. I kept a foot in the marketing world—but healing, truth, and integrity became my compass.
With my mentors encouragement, I trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy —a powerful modality that blends hypnotherapy, somatic insight, and subconscious reprogramming. She told me it was the most effective tool she’d ever used as a clinician. I experienced that firsthand.
RTT is the therapy I wish I had from day one.
Now, I share this work with others—not as a shortcut, but as a way to access what's underneath. RTT helped me reach parts of myself that years of traditional therapy had only begun to touch.
And that’s why I’m here—to help you return to the parts of you that have never stopped trying to heal.
I’m a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy® therapist, trained under Marisa Peer, and affiliated with multiple internationally recognized therapeutic organizations.

RTT is a therapeutic approach that blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and neuroscience to help access the subconscious mind and resolve emotional blocks quickly and effectively
-
Traditional therapy often works at the conscious level over many sessions. RTT targets the root cause stored in the subconscious, typically creating noticeable shifts in just 3 sessions.
-
Yes. RTT is safe, gentle, and deeply supportive. You remain in control and aware the entire time. It’s designed to help you feel more connected to your own truth, not disconnected from it.
-
RTT can support burnout, anxiety, codependency, grief, low self-worth, body image struggles, relationship trauma, creative blocks, identity loss, and more. We narrow in on one presenting problem and take it from there.
-
Absolutely. RTT works beautifully over Zoom and is just as effective as in-person sessions. Many clients prefer the comfort of their own space. I am certified worldwide & provide IRL in NYC.

You’ll lay down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and be gently guided into a relaxed state (like meditation). From there, we explore the emotional root of what’s holding you back—and rewire it. You’ll receive a custom audio recording to reinforce the shift for 21 days. I will work hand in hand with you over the course of the 21 days with check-ins.
-
Some clients experience powerful change in just a few sessions. Others benefit from a multi-session container to go deeper. Many people (including myself) continue to work on various areas that link to the initial problem that brought them in. We’ll decide what’s best during your free consult.
-
No. I work with humans of all identities who are ready for real, lasting transformation. Many of my clients are high-achieving men, creatives, and caregivers in all forms. Having such a history working with men in my previous corporate life - it brings me joy to change the narrative about men being vulnerable and working stuff out.
-
I absolutely do work with kids and teens. This is the area I am the most passionate about and what ignited me getting into this work. I’m currently developing a bigger program to launch this area of my practice & doing additional training for it….stay tuned…

This is more common than you might think, and there's no need to worry. There are many reasons why memories may feel hard to access—especially when they’re tied to stress, traumas, or past experiences. RTT is a gentle and supportive process designed to help you shift from conscious thinking into your subconscious mind & body, where feelings, sensations, and deeper insights live. You don’t need to have clear memories or know exactly what you’re looking for—your mind will take you where you need to go. With the right questions and support, even vague impressions, emotions, or physical sensations can become meaningful clues that lead to transformation.
-
Not at all. Hypnosis in RTT is a deeply relaxed, focused state—similar to how you feel just before falling asleep or when you're absorbed in a good book. You're fully aware, in control, and can speak, move, or stop the process at any time. It’s safe, natural, and empowering.
-
The recording you receive after your session is a powerful part of the transformation process. It’s designed specifically for you, based on what came up in your session, and it speaks directly to your subconscious mind. Listening daily for 21 days helps rewire old beliefs and patterns with new, empowering ones.
Why 21 days? Because that’s roughly how long it takes to create new neural pathways and form lasting change. Think of it like building a new mental habit—every time you listen, you're reinforcing the shift we began in your session. Many clients find it relaxing, grounding, and even something they look forward to. -
