Jennifer Mary Ross, Certified Hypnotherapist & RTT® Practitioner
Based in Brooklyn, New York | Sessions available worldwide via Zoom and in person (NYC)
Scope of Practice
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT®), trained in a globally recognized therapeutic method that blends hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, regression, and neuroplasticity-informed tools to support personal growth and emotional well-being.
While I am fully certified to offer RTT® globally, please note that in New York State, I practice legally as a Certified Hypnotist. My services focus on subconscious reprogramming, identity work, emotional integration, and nervous system support. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
Not a Replacement for Medical or Mental Health Care
Hypnotherapy and RTT® are complementary tools and are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. Nothing shared during sessions, on this website, or in your personalized audio recordings should be interpreted as medical advice.
If you are experiencing a clinical condition, mental health disorder, or are in crisis, please consult with a licensed physician, psychiatrist, therapist, or appropriate healthcare provider before engaging in hypnotherapy.
Responsibility & Commitment
Your results are your own. While RTT® can lead to meaningful and often rapid shifts, it is not a quick fix. Like all transformational work, it requires participation, openness, and consistency.
You are the one creating the change.
Hypnosis cannot make you do anything you don’t genuinely want to do, and change will only be as effective as your level of commitment. For best results, it is essential to listen to your personalized recording daily, show up fully, and engage with any journaling or integration prompts provided.
I cannot guarantee results—no ethical practitioner can—but I can and do commit to offering you my full presence, training, and care throughout our work together.
Number of Sessions
Everyone responds to hypnotherapy differently.
Some people experience insight or relief in a single session. Others benefit from a longer process to explore related patterns or layers of emotional material.
Most clients begin with a minimum of three sessions, with the option to continue based on their goals and process.
Audio Recordings – Safety Notice
Do not listen to any hypnotherapy recordings while driving, operating machinery, or performing any task that requires your full attention. Always use recordings in a safe, quiet place where you can relax undisturbed.
If you have epilepsy, a diagnosed mental health disorder, or are under psychiatric care, please consult with your healthcare provider before using hypnosis recordings or engaging in this work.
Questions?
Transparency matters. If you have questions about any part of this process or whether this work is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out before booking a session.
